Thanks to the exceptional attitudes of our students and dedication of their teachers, the study of physics and science is thriving in all years at Highbury Fields School. Students consistently achieve excellent progress and results both at GCSE and A-level, with results exceeding local and national averages for girls. Indeed, for the last three years over 90% of students have attained a grade 4 or above across the three sciences at GCSE, with over 50% attaining a grade 6 or above. Our ALPs grade for physics in 2024 was 3, making it one of the highest performing subjects in the school.
